Description

**Describe the bug**
When I turn on the sound effect I get the sound feedback immediately when I press the button while the recording happens after the `ignore below x` setting.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to `Settings` and enable `Sound Effects`.
2. (Optional) Ideally increase the `Ignore below x` to 1 second or so to have a better effect of the issue
3. Click on hot key
4. Notice the timing diff between sound and popover (actual recording)

**Expected behavior**
Sound and popover and recording should be in sync.

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- Version 0.4.0

Research direction

Reproduce the timing difference with Sound Effects enabled and Ignore below x set to about one second. Trace the push-to-talk recording and sound-feedback flow, then verify that the sound, popover, and recording begin together when the threshold is applied.
