Description

Currently, the source `CaSO4_as-is_Tomo1.xml` is explicitly defined as a setup source in the inputMap file for Tescan. However, this name may vary. It would be better to extract this information from the other acquisition file, `Dataset_info.hdr`, specifically from the field `[Project & Sample][Project]`, and use a minimal inputMap file as a default.

Research direction

Start by locating the Tescan inputMap handling and the acquisition metadata reader. Inspect Dataset_info.hdr, especially the [Project & Sample][Project] field, and the current explicit CaSO4_as-is_Tomo1.xml setup-source entry. Done means the second setup source is derived from that metadata and a minimal inputMap serves as the default.
