ParserFactory should check for correct parser type / inheritance

Currently it is not checked if only setup md parsers are provided as such and same with run md parsers. This should be handled more strictly to avoid mistakes on implementation

Start by locating ParserFactory and the setup and run MD parser definitions, then inspect how parser types or inheritance are currently handled. The work is complete when incorrect parser types are rejected for each parser category while valid parser implementations continue to be accepted.
