Schema generation

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The ePIC and EOSC DTRs provide JSON schemas for the validation of PID-BasicInfoTypes, PID-InfoTypes, and Kernel Information Profiles. The [Typed-PID Maker](https://github.com/kit-data-manager/pit-service) heavily relies on this feature. Therefore, to facilitate adoption, such a feature has to be integrated in IDORIS as well.

- [ ] Add schema-generating rules for Atomic Data Types and Type Profiles
- [ ] Ensure correctness by testing extensively
- [ ] Add an REST API endpoint
- [ ] Add the URL to the schema endpoint to the PID Record

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the Atomic Data Types and Type Profiles implementation and the REST API and PID Record entry points; compare the ePIC and EOSC DTR schemas. Done means schema-generation rules are implemented and tested, a schema endpoint is exposed, and its URL is added to PID Records.
