Description

Currently, we can add a document twice (or more). Even the examples can be added twice, which confuses the uniqueness-indicator (the fingerprint).

Solution: To be discussed. I assume duplicate documents do not make sense, maybe have a map to check for existence?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing where documents, samples, and examples are added and where the fingerprint uniqueness indicator is calculated. Clarify the intended duplicate policy before changing behavior, then verify that repeated additions no longer confuse the indicator.
