Custom Redirects

No idea if this is in scope but any chance of adding the ability to define custom redirects like in the image? So if you click a link, it gets cleaned but also changed, like say `reddit.com/*` to `old.reddit.com/*`.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the Android app's existing URL-cleaning flow and bundled ClearURLs ruleset, then determine where custom redirect rules and their editing UI would belong. Done should include user-defined pattern replacements such as reddit.com/* to old.reddit.com/* working alongside normal tracking-parameter cleanup.
