怎么根据 tailwindcss 的不同断点进行设置

大佬，我现在遇到的情况是：

我已经完成的项目pc端用的 tailwindcss + postcss-px-to-viewport 很好的适配了pc和平板的一些尺寸，但是移动端的设计稿设计375的，想要去根据tailwindcss 的 md 断点 去动态修改viewportWidth，可是才发现viewportWidth不支持动态修改

网上搜了很多资料发现您这个仓库的实现，想咨询一下针对我这种情况，该如何设置呢
