Hiányzik a képenkénti export az adminoknak

Az admin felületről jelenleg nem lehet a jelentkezésekhez (személyekhez) tartozó képek alapján egyenként exportálni az adatokat. Szükséges egy funkció, ami adott jelentkező képéhez kötve generál exportot, hasonlóan ahhoz, ahogy jelenleg csak a teljes kiosztott listára létezik export.

Start in the admin interface and trace the existing export for the complete assigned list. Follow how an application and its image are represented, then add the per-applicant export path and verify that selecting one applicant's image produces the expected export without changing the existing full-list behavior.
