[Feature] Rendelés kipipálása rendelői oldalról

A Foodex rendszeresen nem pipálja ki a rendeléseket. Természetesen ez nem a KirDev hibája.
Viszont a régebbi rendeléseket még írja az oldal a "Aktív rendelések" alatt, ami kisebb cluttert és nehezebb felhasználást okoz, ha mondjuk az előző héten mindig sokat az ember.

Ezért javasolnám azt, hogy a rendelői oldalról ki lehessen pipálni a rendelést amint a rendelés idősávja lejárt.

Például ha a rendelés a 20:00 - 20:30 idősávra történt, akkor a rendelést 20:30 -tól a rendelő kollégista is kipipálhatja.

The issue names no files or tests; start by locating the ordering-page code and the logic that lists active orders and marks them complete. Implement the ordering-page action so an order can be checked after its time slot ends, then verify that completed older orders no longer remain under active orders.
