Feature request: Order same

I'm forwarding a user request as per quoted:

> Ha egy accountról rendelsz két totál ugyanolyan kaját, akkor a kajás kör nem látja, hogy két darabról van szó, csak az ára alapján tudná kitalálni. Dunno hogy lehetne okosan megcsinálni, hogy ne kelljen totál szétgányolni a táblázatot hozzá, majd ha van időtök ránéznétek?

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify how identical food items are represented in an order and where the food circle reads order quantities. Done means the food circle can distinguish two identical items from one item without relying on price.
