Description

If a User has not signed in for a while, its data won't be up to date.

PeK admins should have a button for every User to syncronize it.

We should store the last syncronization`s date:
- active/passive

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the User administration flow and the existing auth.sch integration, then clarify what synchronization covers and how active/passive status should be recorded. Done means admins can trigger synchronization for each User and the last synchronization date and status are stored.
