Status of studies validation mechanism

Users will need to be notified on their email address on every 1st Febr. and 1st Sept. that they need to update their document of status of studies. They need to be able to upload document of valid status of studies (hallgatói jogviszony igazolás), and notify Administrators that they fulfilled the task. Administrators will check it, set studentStatus according to its validity.

Start by locating the existing studentStatus handling, document upload flow, email notifications, and administrator review flow. Clarify how the 1 February and 1 September reminders should be scheduled and what validity states administrators can set. Done means students can submit valid status documents, administrators can review them, and the required notifications are sent.
