Unable to upload file with Chinese name

After connecting to a Windows machine, uploading files with Chinese names in the file manager panel fails. And the file manager does not display files with Chinese names.
Please see the picture below, when I refresh the file manager panel on the left, the files with Chinese names are still not displayed. But on the right I searched the file list and found that there are these files.

Reproduce the issue by connecting to a Windows machine and using the file manager panel with files whose names contain Chinese characters. Compare the panel's refresh results with its file-list search, then verify that both displaying and uploading those files work correctly. No source files or tests are identified in the issue.
