Local mode line wrapping

if my command line is on several lines, the copy-paste does not work correctly : the line is treated like multi-lined, when copy-pasted

If I copy paste from an ssh session to a local terminal (cmd.exe, powershell, bash.exe [cygwin], ...), I have the same behavior
