The selected item is not highlighted in Qwen Code CLI.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the local shell (cmd.exe)
2. Enter "qwen" to launch the Qwen Code CLI
3. Type the command prefix '/'
4. Use the up/down arrow keys to select different candidate commands
