Mac 环境变量总是莫名更改

我当前使用的电脑为MacBook Air m1，arch为ARM64，但在使用的过程中，总是会莫名的变成X86
到目前位置遇到过两次，突然出现这个问题，会让人很疑惑，之前我还因此重新设置了系统环境。

关于这个问题的两次出现都是在执行`brew update` 和 `brew upgrade` 之后，不知道是否与之有关。
