Translation by Community

Currently, the localization is incorrect in Japanese. (it seems to be a machine translation)
e.g. GoTo -> "後藤" (person's name)

it's possible to use English as well.
but, it's easier to use if it's properly localized.
So, I would like to see a translation file or a community translation project.
This will lead to more accurate localization and better UX.

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. First locate how WindTerm loads its current Japanese localization, then determine the proposed translation-file or community workflow; done means Japanese strings are corrected and contributors have a usable translation path.
