Description
These keystrokes do not seem to take effect:
- Ctrl+Alt+D
- Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D
I tried to assign them to the action "Terminal.DuplicateSSHChannel".
I could replace the shortcut used for "Terminal.DuplicateSession", but the keystrokes above aren’t responding.

Research direction
Start with the global wind.keymaps configuration and the handling of the Terminal.DuplicateSSHChannel and Terminal.DuplicateSession actions. Reproduce the Ctrl+Alt+D and Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D assignments, compare them with the working shortcut replacement, and confirm that both keystrokes trigger the intended action.
