How to use shortcut keys to upload files in the file manager panel

In many scenarios, I am used to copying files with Ctrl+C in Windows File Explorer. However, when I switch to Windterm, using Ctrl+V does not upload the files as I expected. Is additional configuration required, or is this feature currently unsupported?
