When dragging a file to upload, the directory automatically switches to the directory of the current logged-in user

#Bug# When dragging a file to the file manager, the directory automatically switches to the current logged-in user directory (the automatic synchronization terminal folder function has been turned off). The file is actually uploaded to the current user directory. v2.6.1 does not have this problem
