【BUG】当sz设置不再询问下载目录以后，无论是否勾选“下载以后打开目录”都会自动打开目录

复现步骤：
1.在任意一个终端下，按sz 发送文件
2.在弹出的窗口中，
- 勾选 “将此作为默认值，不再询问（U）”
- 不勾选“下载后打开目录（O）”
3. 点击`Choose`，仍然会在下载后打开指定的目录。
