Option + left or right shortcut not working on MacOS

In a zsh session, shortcut Option + Left or Right arrow does not work, for jumping between words in a command. Instead it shows ";3D"

Any config to do to make this work properly ? Or may be a bug ?

Note : OK if I open a SSH session to a remote machine
I run Windterm with Rosetta under MacOS Sonoma (MacBook M3 Pro)

Start by reproducing the Option+Left and Option+Right behavior in a local zsh session on macOS Sonoma under Rosetta, then compare it with the working SSH session. Done means the shortcuts move between words instead of displaying ";3D".
