无法输入英文字母

复现方法：输入命令是使用的中文输入法，然后按了enter键，后续所有的输入就都是中文字母了，如图
这个问题我在单独使用git bash窗口时遇到过，一般是重新打开一个窗口，但是在windterm中打开新的窗口无效，应该需要重启windterm。
