can not config quick bar

Description
After upgrading windterm from 2.6.1 to 2.7, I copied the `profiles/` to the new `.wind`. Everything is ok exclude the quick bar.
I can not see the quick bar items and the configure button. The gear icon on the right side of the bottom cannot be found either.
