WindTerm cannot be minimized

After turning off always on top mode and focus mode, you can't switch to other applications with alt+tab, pressing this key combination will flash other applications and then windterm will go back to the top again.
Using super+D can't go back to desktop, similarly it will flash desktop and then windterm will go back to the top again.
You can minimize the application normally by clicking on the taskbar icon or the minimization button of the application.

os：deepin linux 20.2.3
desktop: DDE 5.0

Reproduce the issue on deepin Linux 20.2.3 with DDE 5.0 after disabling always-on-top and focus mode. Check the window behavior with Alt+Tab and Super+D; done means other applications or the desktop stay focused, while taskbar and minimize-button behavior remains normal.
