长时间使用的会话，CD命令突然无效

找到原因了，安装gvm后会出现和cd命令冲突的情况！！！

起初以为虚拟机的问题，切了其它工具一切正常
可以看到，这台虚拟机 cd 命令完全失效
切换工具后一切正常
