X11 Forwarding Not working

system: Windows 11
server: Ubuntu 21.04
I try to open a gui program on remote server ， I can't see it ，error: `cannot open display: *.*.*.*:0.0`

I repeat in mobaxterm ,no problem!

Do i need any other settings？
