Can't see the full name when its too long in OneKey Manager

## Behavior

on OneKey Manager window, if the name is too long, then you can't see it all in the left side panel. though I can resize the window itself, but the left panel size will not change, so I have to use rename button to check the name of it.

## Suggestion

- add a slide bar for it (left and right)
- add a name lable on the right panel to make it more easy to rename or check the name (if it's too long)
- allow to resize the left and right panel

any of them should be working.
