Drag & Drop To Move Files in Filer Window

I'm using version 2.6.0 Prerelease 2.

In the filer pane, is there a way to drag and drop files? I realize there was already an issue regarding this, but that was for downloading files. I want to drag files to a different directory within the same server. So basically just moving files around, not downloading or uploading. I realize I can right click a file in the filer pane and select move to and type out the target path, but being able to just click and drag a file to the target path would be nice.

The issue names the filer pane and its existing right-click “move to” action, but no files or tests. Start by locating that action and the filer pane’s drag-and-drop handling, then verify that dragging a file onto a target directory moves it within the same server without downloading or uploading.
