Description
工具的ftp并不好用，因为速度非常慢；
于是我使用rz -by命令上传，但是我发现它的速度对比其它工具（secureCRT）来说也慢很多，并且在某一个窗口上传中的时候会影响到其它窗口的使用体验，希望有时间可以进行优化。
