I found when I use some command to print binrary file content on the screen, it ruins everything

Reproduce the problem in WindTerm by using a command that prints binary file content and observe the terminal state shown in the screenshot. Trace the terminal output handling involved in that reproduction; done means binary output no longer corrupts the terminal display while ordinary command output still works.
