windterm 登录本地openwrt导致无响应

本地10.0.0.251的openwrt登录无响应，用openwrt的外网ipv6域名登录也一样，但用windterm里的cmd可以ssh root@10.0.0.251 可以正常登录，只要是登录这个openwrt会导致windterm就会导致windterm程序崩溃。

另外在哪里可以设置windterm打开后默认的 文件管理目录 ？每次打开windterm副窗文件管理器都显示在windows的桌面目录。
