Whether events that hold down the right mouse button and move the mouse are supported

When using tmux custom configuration, I added a configuration where I held down the right button and moved the mouse to select different things.

It is normal in Windows Terminal, but holding the right button and moving the mouse in Windows Term will take it out of the right button state.

Reproduce the behavior in WindTerm using the linked tmux custom configuration, holding the right mouse button while moving to select. Compare it with Windows Terminal, then trace the terminal's mouse-event handling; done means the right-button state is preserved during the drag or the supported behavior is clearly documented.
