windows 10 x server fatal error

When I use windterm on windows 10 to connect to ubuntu server, I can open xclock, xterm, firefox, and so on. But when I open virtuoso, I got an error:
XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server "localhost:19.0"
after 20 requests (20 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
The other software such by the same vendor can be open successfully.
The error is only occur when I set "Multiple Windows"; when I use "Single Window" mode, virtuoso can be open successfully, but the tool bar is missing.

Reproduce the failure on Windows 10 by connecting WindTerm to an Ubuntu server and launching Virtuoso through the X server. Compare Multiple Windows with Single Window mode, including the missing toolbar, and use the reported XIO error as the starting point. Done means Virtuoso opens successfully in Multiple Windows mode with its toolbar available.
