Request to edit the code of the Context Menu Search extension

I hope I'm right that you once created a wonderful extension [Context Menu Search](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/context-menu-search/ocpcmghnefmdhljkoiapafejjohldoga/related)
I've been using it for many years on many browsers - I love it! )
Even now, a fairly [large list of engins](https://pastebin.com/PVj6iJWU) has already accumulated, and share it for many people.
Please - if you can, add functionality to the extension code to force transcoding in windows-1251 of text copied somewhere and sent to any search engine!
Very often, engins do not understand what is sent in a different encoding.. For example, a text in Russian unicode is perceived as something like "РїРѕРеСЃРє"
And once again-Thank You for this extension!!!
