请教性能测试问题

场景：两台服务器，一台服务器，一台客户端压测，开100线程，跑100000次。
发一个command过去，有相应的process做处理，如果线程不设置的话，就是为null, 通过dstat可以看到in/out基本上读是95M左右。
如果设置就会，最多只有90M左右。

还有一个问题，我用的是千兆网卡，好像没有压满，需要做如何调优设置呢。
