## 首屏加载速度优化

1.移除iscroll；
2.使用localstorage缓存;
3.页面预渲染；
## 建立页面发布准入机制

开发chrome插件测试页面性能，只有比上版本性能有优化才允许发布；
## 服务器测试网络环境

利用服务器返回空图片办法，根据百度大量数据分析结果，区分2g，3g，4g和wifi情况，不同网络情况返回不同页面；
