Feature: edit time data

There are times when you forget to stop the timer.

In this case it would be nice to have a way of editing the start and end date for a timer right from the interface.

As mentioned in #2 It might make sense to expose this functionality behind an edit button as to not crowd the interface.

Start with issue #3 and review the current timer interface, including the related discussion in #2. Determine how an edit action should fit without crowding the interface. Done means users can edit a timer's start and end dates from the desktop application.
