chore(web): regression-tests/test.js needs work to handle kmc correctly

web/src/test/manual/web/regression-tests/test.js needs significant work in order for it to work correctly with both old versions of kmcomp.exe and new versions of kmc.js. We need to:

- [ ] evaluate if we still need this
- [ ] then if we do will need to do the refactoring
- [ ] consider how we can automate this because it isn't going to be used otherwise.

You are right. I think this file needs more work -- there's a bunch of stuff that no longer makes sense here, and I missed it.
