docs(common): Make tables across platforms of supported and working features for user testing

From Sept 2023 team planning meetings (Th5 User Testing)

It was suggested to have a table documenting what features are working and supported for each platform. This would help user testing to know if something should work or not. i.e. a check mark and cross on features
