Description
### Describe the bug
I observed that when I clicked the blue link button for the Vedic Sanskrit language, the corresponding web page did not appear on the screen.
### Reproduce the bug
1. Install Keyman 17.0.173-alpha build.
2. Open Keyman Configuration dialog.
