bug(mac): Certain features are not operational within the configuration window

### Describe the bug

I noticed that some features like maximize, minimize and scroll bar functions are not working as expected.

### Reproduce the bug

1. Install Keyman 17.0.166-alpha build.
2. Open Keyman Configuration dialog.
3. Download and install keyboards for more than nine languages.

Here, I noticed that some that the last keyboard appear at the bottom of the pane is partially visible. I cannot view the lower part of the text by utilizing the scroll bar. Furthermore, it appears that the maximize and minimize buttons are non-functional as well. Seems to be an issue.

### Expected behavior

The scroll bar needs to function properly to ensure a clear view of the bottom of the text. Moreover, the maximize and minimize buttons should be operational, enabling us to either maximize or minimize the window.
