### Describe the bug
I noticed that after installing French or German EuroLatin(SIL) keyboards, it does not appear in the Keyboard menu list.
### Reproduce the bug
1. Install Keyman 17.0.147-alpha build.
2. Open Keyman Configuration dialog.
3. Click Download Keyboard button.
4. Download and Install 'EuroLatin(SIL)' keyboard.
5. We may notice that the installed EuroLatin(SIL) keyboard in the Keyboard menu list.
6. Install 'French-EuroLatin(SIL)' keyboard.
7. Install 'German-EuroLatin(SIL)' keyboard using Download Keyboard button.
Here, I noticed that 'French-EuroLatin(SIL)' and 'German-EuroLatin(SIL)' keyboards are missing in the keyboard menu list.
Note: It is working fine in Linux and Windows builds.

### Expected behavior
Installed French and German EuroLatin(SIL) keyboard should be included and appear in the Keyman menu list.
