Description

### Describe the bug

I noticed that after installing any keyman keyboard, the keyboard immediately changes to that language and typing any text on the Keyboard search bar, it is showing that language on the search bar.

### Reproduce the bug

1. Install Keyman 17.0.111-alpha build.
2. Select the Keyman Keyboard icon from the Taskbar.
3. Click the Keyman Keyboard icon once again.
4. Select Configuration Option.
5. In the Keyman Configuration dialog, Click 'Download Keyboard' button.
6. Type 'Khmer Angkor' in the Keyboard Search bar.
7. Install 'Khmer Angkor' keyboard.
8. Click 'Download Keyboard' button once again.
9. Type 'Tamil' in the Keyboard Search bar.

Here, I noticed that the text appears in Khmer language and not in English.

I have attached the Screenshot for reference.

Note: I am not seeing this behavior in Windows build.

### Expected behavior

Typing on the Keyboard Search bar should always enabling the english language so that we can easily add more languages without changing the keyboard.
