bug(windows): Myanmar3 (SIL) and Microsoft Teams

### Describe the bug

A number of key sequences t do not produce the desired output with Keyman and Microsoft Teams.

### Reproduce the bug

Open Teams
Select a chat window
Select the Keyman Myamar3 SIL keyboard

Typed: a c Shift+G
Received: " ွေ"
Expected: "ခွေ"
