bug(mac): Inconsistent behavior of About>Configuration button

### Describe the bug

I noticed that after clicking some other options from the drop down list, then tried to open the Configuration tools dialog using About > Configuration option is not working.

### Reproduce the bug

1. Install Keyman 17.0.90-alpha build.
2. Open Keyman drop down menu from the task bar.
3. Click About > Configuration button.
4. We may notice that the Keyman Configuration dialog opens.
5. Close the dialog.
6. Click some other options like "Edit Text Substitutions".
7. Click the Done button and close the window.
8. Again, click About>Configuration button.

Here, I noticed that by clicking on the Configuration button did not open Keyman Configuration dialog. Seems to be an issue.

### Expected behavior

By clicking the About>Configuration button should open the Keyman Configuration dialog.
