feat(developer): Keyman Developer Apply Keyboard Icons in Web Tester

To locate a keyboard at a glance, within a long list of keyboards, it would be helpful to have a keyboard's .ico file appear in the `Keyboard` menu list alongside the keyboard name, in the Keyman Developer web browser tester.

### Describe the solution you'd like

In the `Keyboard` menu (to the left of `Model` and `Device`) place the keyboard .ico files to left of the keyboard name in the list of keyboards.
