[Mac] Change mouse pointer to indicate hyperlinks in configuration windows

In the webviews displayed in the various configuration/information/download windows in Keyman for macOS, whenever a page has a hyperlink and the mouse passes over the link, the mouse pointer/cursor should change to a hand with a pointing finger, but it doesn't. This lack of visual feedback is confusing to the user (compounded by the lack of feedback when the link is clicked and the new page is being loaded).
