Add button for Features not visible when Keyman Developer not maximized and/or the context help is displayed

A minor annoyance when using Keyman Developer 10.0.1057.0: When starting a new keyboard, if Developer is not maximized and/or the context help displayed, the "Add..." button for Features is not visible AND there is no horizontal scroll bar to enable user to get to the button. (Solution: maximize Developer and/or turn off context help.)
