feat(android): Android shortcut to Emoji keyboard

We need a way to add short cut to emoji keyboard if installed in the android device

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Emoji icon to the left of the Space bar should be presented if emoji keyboard is installed in the device.
Space bar width should reduce to accommodate the emoji icon.
